Madifushi Private Island has Officially Opened for everyone!
Meemu Atoll’s latest luxury address, Madifushi Private Island has officially opened.
The Minister of Tourism, Dr. Abdulla Mausoom, and other ministry representatives attended the inauguration ceremony on Monday night. Speaking at the occasion, Dr. Mausoom emphasized how tourism had the ability to spur growth in Meemu Atoll, a place that had been severely damaged by the 2004 tsunami. He also expressed his congratulations to Madifushi Private Island’s administration on their grand opening.
Rejuvenation, relaxation, and serenity were at the very center of the property’s culture, according to Steve Ng, Group General Manager of Madifushi Private Island, Hulhule’ Island Hotel, and Maldives Inflight Catering.
“We want our guests to be able to step away from their busy lives, to unwind and reconnect with nature,” he said. “It’s not about the product anymore. It’s about how our guests feel when they step foot onto this island and the memories that they take back with them. That’s what we’re focusing on.”
Meanwhile, Mandara Spa offers guests a total sensory experience. The all-natural treatments here draw on the ancient health and beauty traditions of Asia, from cultures that celebrate refinement and honour nature’s gifts. Facilities include dry and wet saunas, a spa boutique, a relaxation lounge and treatment rooms with highly trained experts to guide you in your wellness journey.
