With more than two decades of international luxury hospitality experience, Patrick brings extensive expertise in luxury resort operations, guest experience, commercial performance and team leadership. Having built an accomplished career across Hyatt properties spanning Asia Pacific, the Americas, Europe, Africa and the Middle East, he joins Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa with a deep appreciation for creating meaningful experiences that foster deeper connections between people and place.

Patrick most recently served as Resort Manager at Andaz Peninsula Papagayo Resort, Costa Rica, where he played an instrumental role in driving operational excellence, enhancing guest satisfaction and delivering exceptional business performance. Throughout his Hyatt journey, he has held leadership positions at some of the brand's most iconic properties, including Park Hyatt Sydney, Park Hyatt Busan, Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Villas, Palacio Duhau - Park Hyatt Buenos Aires, Park Hyatt Washington D.C. and Grand Hyatt Amman.

Recognized for his people-focused leadership style and commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality, Patrick has consistently championed innovation, colleague development and memorable guest experiences. Most recently, he successfully led a US$12 million resort renovation and reopening project while achieving recordbreaking commercial performance and guest satisfaction results.

As a certified Advanced Diver with a personal passion for the ocean, Patrick is naturally aligned with the essence of Our Living Island.
