Named after the Italian word for "wave," Onda opened in April 2026 as a Mediterranean dining concept built around feeling. The menu was developed by Chef David Hartwig, whose culinary journey has wound through some of the most respected kitchens in the world. His philosophy is rooted in restraint and respect — close to nature, close to tradition — and it translates into a menu that feels both refined and deeply alive.

The kitchen draws from the waters surrounding the Maldives and reinterprets them through a Mediterranean lens.
