Having worked with various renowned brands under the Marriott International umbrella, including Sheraton, Westin, and The Ritz-Carlton, Debanjan is no stranger to the company’s values and standards of excellence. His journey in the hospitality sector began as a Corporate Trainee at the Hyatt Regency in Kolkata, and over time, he shifted his focus to the sales function. Debanjan’s outgoing personality and process-driven approach have been instrumental in devising successful market expansion and growth strategies.

Equipped with an MBA in marketing from the University of Wales, Trinity St. David, Debanjan has consistently demonstrated the knowledge and skills required to excel in his career. He has held several prestigious positions, including Director of Sales and Marketing, at luxury hotels across India, with notable stints in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. Before joining The Westin Maldives Miriandhoo Resort, Debanjan was the Senior Director of Sales-India at Amadeus.
