Visiting Chef Tam to Showcase Modern Thai Cuisine at The Nautilus Maldives in May
The Nautilus Maldives, a luxurious property, is set to host a unique culinary residency in May, featuring Chef Chudaree ‘Tam’ Debkhakam as the visiting chef. As part of the property’s ‘Art of Bohemia’ brand series, Chef Tam will be showcasing her modern Thai cuisine at The Nautilus Maldives from May 6th to 11th, offering guests a culinary journey through Southeast Asia with a focus on traditional Thai flavors presented in a fine dining style.
Chef Tam is renowned for her artistic vision and her unconventional approach to blending traditional Thai flavors with unique cooking techniques and innovative ingredient combinations. She is also an advocate for sustainable farming practices and incorporates fresh, organic produce into her culinary creations. Hailing from the Baan Tepa Culinary Space, Chef Tam first gained widespread recognition after winning Season 1 of Top Chef Thailand in 2017, and has since traveled the world captivating global food audiences with her modern Thai cuisine.
During her residency at The Nautilus Maldives, Chef Tam will delight guests with her delectable dishes during the Nautilus Rising Cocktail Hour, showcasing her unique creations in equally innovative presentations. The highlight of the residency will be the sumptuous five-course dinner experience at Nautilus’s signature restaurant, Zeytoun, where Chef Tam will showcase her signature dishes and tantalize guests’ taste buds.
