Luke’s career portfolio includes leadership roles with iconic brands such as The Ritz-Carlton, Six Senses, Anantara, Radisson, and other globally recognised hospitality groups. Renowned for operating within high-expectation environments, he has consistently delivered culinary concepts that meet and exceed Forbes Five Star standards and Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) benchmarks, supported by strong systems, training culture, and precision-led execution.

Internationally recognised for his culinary excellence, Luke is a recipient of the European Chef of the Year Award and has earned Michelin-linked recognition across multiple regions. His work has been featured in the Michelin Guide, including Bib Gourmand selections in the Middle East, and he has completed a two-star Michelin assignment, reinforcing his benchmark-level approach to quality and detail. Throughout his career, Luke has collaborated with seven Michelin-star chefs across one to three-star levels and has designed and delivered acclaimed Michelin food festivals. His leadership has also been associated with the recognition of Best Culinary Resort in the Maldives in 2022.

Luke’s strategic vision extends beyond fine dining into market-leading performance. In Bangkok, he successfully led a Japanese steakhouse that ranked #1 on TripAdvisor for seven consecutive months within one of Asia’s most competitive dining landscapes. His experience also includes delivering complex openings and launches, notably the first Six Senses property in the Americas, as well as major hotel openings in Qatar, including The Plaza and NH Hotel Qatar.
