With 20 years of experience in luxury Food & Beverage operations, Antonia brings an international career shaped across the UK, UAE, Europe, Saudi Arabia, and global cruise lines. Most recently, she served as General Manager and F&B Strategist at Sindalah – NEOM, where she played a pivotal role in the pre-opening and successful launch of six premium dining venues, including a yacht club, setting new benchmarks for culinary excellence in the region.
A highly accomplished hospitality leader, Antonia is recognised for her expertise in developing high-end dining concepts, leading complex multi-outlet operations, and delivering globally inspired culinary collaborations. In her new role at JOALI BEING, she will oversee the island’s diverse culinary portfolio — from signature kitchens rooted in the island’s unique well-living philosophy to story-led restaurants celebrating Mediterranean, Japanese, and global flavours.
Working closely with the entire Food & Beverage team, Antonia will focus on refining service standards, elevating the end-to-end dining journey, and curating meaningful, memorable culinary moments that align with JOALI BEING’s holistic approach to nourishment, joy, and transformation.
With her proven leadership, international perspective, and passion for excellence, Antonia Mitic is set to lead JOALI BEING’s gastronomic offering into an exciting new chapter, further enriching the island’s position as a global destination for transformative well-living.
