The announcement was made during an event held at the Noovilu Seaplane Terminal of Velana International Airport, recently. The event saw participation from the CEO and Managing Director of Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL), deputy managing directors, senior management, and the partners. This highly anticipated event is scheduled to take place from July 9th to 11th 2024, at Kurumba Maldives, with 300 delegates from various regions of the world.
The Air Service World Congress 2024 is set to be the first aviation route development event in the Maldives, bringing together international delegates for face-to-face discussions about the future of the aviation sector on one platform, gaining brand recognition for Velana International Airport and Maldives as a destination.
