Josefine brings extensive international experience in luxury hospitality and a strong track record in strategic sales planning, market development, and leading high-performing teams. Her expertise spans key markets including the United Kingdom, Europe, and the United States, where she has successfully driven revenue growth and strengthened client relationships.

Prior to joining Banyan Tree Group, Josefine served as Cluster Director of Sales at COMO Hotels & Resorts in the Maldives, where she led sales initiatives across major international markets, secured key partnerships, and consistently exceeded sales targets, contributing to strong commercial performance for the resorts.

In her new role, Josefine will oversee the sales and marketing strategy for both Banyan Tree Vabbinfaru, known for its barefoot eco-luxury sanctuary experience, and Dhawa Ihuru, recognised for its vibrant island spirit and exceptional house reef. She will focus on strengthening global partnerships, expanding key markets, and supporting the continued growth of both resorts.
