A seasoned hospitality leader with more than 20 years of experience, Jason brings extensive expertise in luxury resort operations, pre-opening projects, and turnaround strategies throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

Well-acquainted with the Maldives, he has previously helmed Amilla Maldives Resort and Residences, Kurumba Maldives, and JA Manafaru, providing him with a deep understanding of the local market and guest expectations. Earlier in his career, Jason held senior positions at luxury beachfront and island resorts across Fiji, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Australia, frequently leading pre-openings and transformational initiatives. At each property, he has played a pivotal role in aligning teams with brand standards, enhancing guest satisfaction, and driving sustained commercial growth.

Together, these properties showcase Minor Hotels' signature approach to meaningful luxury, authentic local experiences, and unforgettable stays.
