Launching this October, Sirru Fen Fushi – Private Lagoon Resort, Maldives’ hidden sanctuary of the North, proudly presents The Michelin Series, an exclusive and intimate celebration of world-class gastronomy bringing some of the world’s most distinguished chefs to the turquoise waters of the Shaviyani Atoll, offering guests a once-in-a-lifetime dining experience.
The Michelin Series unveils with an extraordinary star-studded line-up: Chef Tristan Brandt, Chef Valentino Cassanelli, and Chef Jean-Philippe Blondet. Joining forces with Executive Chef Girish Sharma, they will craft exclusive four-hand dinners and multi-course signature menus at Azure. Set against the turquoise sea and chic boho ambience, guests can watch the renowned chefs bring their signature creations to life in the open kitchen.
The series is part of the resort’s Sirru Icon Series, a curated programme of high-profile collaborations spanning gastronomy, fitness, wellness, astronomy and beyond. Each experience is thoughtfully crafted to inspire, indulge and immerse guests in extraordinary moments.

Acclaimed for his innovative take on contemporary French cuisine infused with global influences, Chef Tristan Brandt of the one Michelin star Tambourine Room in Miami Beach, brings an elegant fusion of precision and artistry. Guests will be treated to both a collaborative four-hands dinner with Chef Girish and a standalone four-course experience highlighting Brandt’s signature dishes.

One of Italy’s most exciting culinary voices, Chef Valentino is celebrated for his bold, modern interpretation of Tuscan gastronomy, currently Head Chef of the Michelin-starred Lux Lucis, located on the rooftop of boutique hotel Principe Forte dei Marmi, Italy. His residency promises an exquisite journey through authentic flavours elevated with creative flair, told through a four-hands dinner in partnership with Chef Girish.
