JW Marriott K. Island Resort: New Leadership Appointments

Marriott International unveils two new key appointments designed to drive the success and growth of its venture in the Maldives: the JW Marriott Kaafu Atoll Island Resort, marking the brand’s second property in the country.

Mavichak Paravee has been appointed as the Director of Sales & Marketing at JW Marriott Kaafu Atoll Island Resort. Paravee’s journey with Marriott began in 2014 at Le Meridien Chiang Mai. Her career path includes a notable role at W Koh Samui in 2016, followed by a return to Le Meridien Chiang Mai in 2019. Her extensive experience and marketing acumen are set to enhance the resort’s market presence and drive strategic growth.

Naushad Ahmed has joined as the Director of Sales at the resort. Naushad previously served as the Assistant Director of Sales at Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa. His proven track record and vibrant approach to sales will play a crucial role in steering the sales team towards exceptional performance and fostering a supportive work environment.
