Leadership Transition at Qatar Airways Group

After an extraordinary 27 years of dedicated service, His Excellency Akbar Al Baker, the Chief Executive Officer of Qatar Airways Group, will be stepping down from his current position as Group Chief Executive, effective November 5th. He will be succeeded by Eng. Badr Mohammed Al Meer, who will take the reins as the new Group Chief Executive for Qatar Airways.
