Renowned for its commitment to exceptional customer service, Emirates is again revolutionizing the airline industry with its innovative initiative of meal preordering. This new offering allows customers traveling in Business Class between Dubai and select London airports to preselect their hot main meals, providing benefits and reducing food wastage.

With meal preordering, passengers can choose their preferred hot main dish between 14 days and 24 hours before their flight, ensuring they always get their desired meal on board. This enhances the overall customer experience and aligns with Emirates’ sustainable practices to minimize food waste.

The rollout of this initiative covers all flights between Dubai and London Heathrow, London Gatwick, and London Stansted.
