Starting from March 3rd, 2023, the program will incorporate mobile technology to enable easier and more frequent recognition of team members, including gamification and various reward options. Employees will have the liberty to choose the type of appreciation that resonates with them the most and share their achievements through the organization's social space.

According to Mohamed Aalim, the Group Director of Talent and Culture at Villa Resorts, the new appreciation program emphasizes personalized, specific, and genuine recognitions for individual accomplishments, unlike traditional infrequent appreciation. The flexible and frequent recognition system aims to reinforce positive behaviors, motivate team members, and foster a culture of continuous appreciation and recognition.
