Conrad Maldives Rangali Island has named Dwayne Krisko as its new Culinary Director.
Dwayne Krisko has been appointed as the new Culinary Director of Conrad Maldives Rangali Island, a twin-island resort that is home to the world’s first undersea restaurant, Ithaa. As Culinary Director, Dwayne will oversee the resort’s culinary and food and beverage operations, including guest experiences, special events, and sustainability practices, implementing his expertise and vision across the resort’s 12 restaurants and bars. With over 20 years of culinary experience working in luxury hotels and resorts, Dwayne has held leadership positions at One and Only and St. Regis hotels, and has worked in countries including Thailand, Qatar, Jordan, Dubai, Lebanon, and the UK. Prior to his appointment at Conrad Maldives Rangali Island, Dwayne was Executive Culinary Director at VinGroup in Hanoi, Vietnam, where he launched new concepts and managed eco projects, and Culinary Director at One & Only Reethi Rah in the Maldives. Conrad Maldives Rangali Island is a pioneer among the Maldives’ 150 resorts, known for its authentic barefoot luxury and unique offerings such as the world’s first underwater bedroom and restaurant.
