Ryatt Lucero  is a dynamic, and diplomatic marketing and communications expert, with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management and certifications in social media marketing, content creation, and digital strategy along with an eight year long career in the hospitality field. He is now in charge of all marketing, communication, and public relations activities at The Standard, Huruvalhi Maldives, including programming, partnerships, and activations.

Ryatt has worked for both local and worldwide brands, at both the property and corporate levels, in some of the world's most desirable tourism locations, including Siem Reap, Fiji, Bangkok, Phuket, and the Maldives.

He formerly worked for Crown & Champa Resorts, where he was in charge of the company's social media, content, and communications. Prior to that, he worked as Marketing & Communications Manager at Accor's Movenpick Resort & Spa Karon Beach Phuket, where he was in charge of planning and implementing the property's overall marketing and PR strategies, managing social media and online content, establishing local and international media relations, and developing key advertising and partnership opportunities for the resort and its media sources.

He is well-versed in 360° marketing campaigns, CSR & PR activities, social media marketing, digital activation strategies, content development, community involvement, brand management & positioning, activations & partnerships, media relations, and analytics & reporting.

Using his enthusiasm for sustainability advocacy, he believes in leveraging tourism as a force for good and is committed to contribute to the cause with the industry's finest principles and practices.
