Dr. Annepaul Vemagiri has been promoted to Assistant Vice President Learning and Development. In this key role, she will continue to foster a culture of learning and excellence across all properties and corporate teams in South Asia, including the Maldives, India, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, and Nepal. An award-winning professional and author of 6 books, Annepaul has over 27 years of experience in hospitality, 14 years in academia and 13 in hotel operations training and she brings a wealth of knowledge to her expanded role. She is known for leading by example and driving impactful learning initiatives.

Ms. Masol Tamayo has been promoted to Assistant Vice President Contracting. As a part of the Atmosphere family since the founding days, Masol has played a pivotal role in establishing the contracting function for the company’s expanding portfolio. With deep expertise in hospitality sales and contracting, she will now lead all contracting operations in the Maldives, further enhancing the group’s commercial partnerships.

Mr. Irshaad Mohideen, previously Director of Revenue for THE OZEN COLLECTION, has been promoted to Assistant Vice President Revenue overseeing the Atmosphere Core Maldives portfolio. With over nine years of experience across sales, digital marketing, and revenue management, he brings a strategic and a data-driven competitive approach to revenue optimisation initiatives across the Maldives. Mr. Mohideen played a key role in launching THE OZEN COLLECTION and has led complex clusters, demonstrating adaptability, drive, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

Mr. N. Manikandan has been promoted to Assistant Vice President – Finance. With a strong financial acumen and 19 years of international experience in hospitality and resort development projects, he will oversee financial operations across Maldives, India, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, and Nepal. 

Mr. Falaaz Ismail, currently Assistant Vice President Sales for THE OZEN COLLECTION, has been given additional responsibility and redesignated as Assistant Vice President Sales and Marketing. With over two decades of luxury hospitality experience, Falaaz has been instrumental in the brand's growth since joining Atmosphere Group in March 2021. His ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams continues to drive market positioning and brand growth.
