A Christmas Eve to remember! Guests gathered at Capers, brought alive with the spirit of the season - a traditional buffet with all the trimmings and global flavours to delight every palate, with live music enhancing the festive mood. Christmas Day magic began on the water as Santa Claus made his grand entrance not by sleigh, but in a traditional bokkura. This nod to Maldivian heritage delighted families gathered on the beach.

Dhigali Maldives curated a celebration of “The Four Elements of Nature,” leading up to an Elemental New Year’s Eve Party. The journey began on 27 December with Earth, where guests connected with nature through a jungle trail, grounded yoga, and indulgent spa treatments. On 28 December, the festivities flowed seamlessly into Water at East with a floating bar and zorb ball acrobats dancing across the pool surface. Air was represented with a graceful aerial silk performance on the beach on 29 December, followed by the heated energy of Fire on 30 December with traditional Bodu Beru drumming and a spectacular fire dance against the night sky.

The celebrations reached a dazzling crescendo at East Beach as the elements collided for an electrifying New Year’s Eve Party. The night crackled with energy - featuring mesmerising fire dancers, live performances, and an inspired pyrotechnics display that painted the sky in vibrant bursts of colour. The incredible Hungarian DJ, Regán Lili, took to the decks, delivering a set described as absolutely electric. Her captivating soundscapes pulsed through the island air, compelling every guest to dance their way into the new year. It was a show-stopping finale to a season of pure wonder.
