Lising has been part of the JW Marriott Maldives journey for the past five years, beginning her tenure as Sales Manager before steadily advancing through senior commercial roles. Throughout this time, she has played an integral role in shaping sales initiatives, cultivating strategic partnerships and expanding the resort’s presence across global markets.
In her expanded position, Lising will lead all sales and marketing operations, focusing on accelerating revenue growth, deepening trade engagement and ensuring cohesive brand representation across priority source markets. Her promotion underscores the resort’s commitment to nurturing internal talent while maintaining consistency in its commercial vision.
