New Year’s Eve celebrations at Sirru Fen Fushi will feature electrifying performances from headliner, Rami Jaffee, Grammy-winning rock keyboardist of the Foo Fighters, along with renowned American violinist, cellist and vocalist, Jessy Greene (Formerly Foo Fighters and Pink), and veteran rock drummer and producer Erik Aldenius of Billy Idol. The All-Star Band will also feature Todd Morse, multi-instrumentalist and singer songwriter of Offspring, and Bill Reynolds, Grammy-nominated bassist and producer, formerly Band of Horses, culminating in an unforgettable soundtrack to ring in 2026.

On 30th December, we will welcome Harrison Kenny, Celebrity Mixologist associated with World’s 50 Best Bars, and Millie Tang, one of Australia’s most celebrated bartenders, followed by Pham Quoc Dat on 3rd January, Head Mixologist at The Haflington, Vietnam (featured in Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024).

Commencing 8th and 10th December, Sirru Fen Fushi will welcome Chef Valentino Cassanelli to deliver a four-hands dinner in partnership with the resort's Executive Chef Girish Sharma, as well as his own Signature Experience, featuring an exclusive four-course dinner. One of Italy’s most exciting culinary talents, Chef Valentino is Head Chef of the Michelin-starred Lux Lucis.

On 3rd January, Jean-Philippe Blondet, Chef Patron of the esteemed three-Michelin-starred restaurant, Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester will present an exquisite dining experience at Azure with extraordinary four-hands dining experience with Chef Girish.
