Dhigali Maldives is delighted to announce the appointment of Julien Marinozzi as its new Director of Food & Beverage. With over 20 years of global experience in hotels and fine dining establishments, Julien brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and leadership to the island.

Julien’s impressive career spans multiple renowned brands and destinations. Most recently, he held leadership roles at Beachcomber Group’s Paradis Hotel Golf Resort & Spa and Dinarobin Hotel Golf Resort & Spa in Mauritius. Prior to this, he served as F&B Director at Hotel Residence Ness by D’Ocean and Akoya Hotel & Spa on Reunion Island. Julien’s extensive experience also includes time with the Gordon Ramsay Group in London, where he managed Maze and Maze Grill in Mayfair, as well as serving as Director of Operations at 12 Hay Hill, a private members’ club in Mayfair.
