JW Marriott Maldives Resort & Spa, a luxurious multi-generational resort, invites guests to an exclusive culinary experience with Maison Dellos Group featuring Chef Dmitrii Eremeev, Maison Dellos Group is restaurant group founded by a well-known restaurateur, entrepreneur, painter, esthete and gastronomist Andrey DELLOS. Starting from March 22, Chef Dmitrii will host a three-day culinary event, giving guests the opportunity to indulge in his signature dishes that combine Pan-Asian and Classic European flavors. This collaborations reflects the brand’s commitment to nourishing the soul with immersive gastronomic experiences that enrich every guest’s journey with authenticity and indulgence.

A native of Baku, Azerbaijan, Dmitry Eremeev, began his career in the legendary restaurant "Yar”. In 2000, he joined Maison Dellos, quickly rising to sous-chef under Andrey Makhov. and in 2008 he becomes the Head Chef. Chef Eremeev's illustrious career includes representing his country at the international gastronomic festival in Cannes in 2016. Under his leadership, the healthy food direction Dellos Diet was launched at Turandot. Dmitry Eremeev has extensive experience in VIP catering, served high-ranking government officials and major international events such as the 2017 Confederations Cup, 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia and in 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

Chef Dmitrii Eremeev is known for his bold yet refined culinary style, blending Pan-Asian and Classic European flavors with modern techniques. He elevates traditional recipes with a contemporary twist, balancing vibrant spices, delicate textures, and sophisticated presentation. Guests will experience a harmonious fusion of flavors, from succulent seafood infused with Asian aromatics to rich, slow-cooked meats with European finesse.

 

March 22, 2025: A Symphony of Wine & Flavors at Wine Room

Chef Dmitrii will present a four-course dinner at the Wine Room, located in the heart of Aailaa. Home to an extensive collection of over 300 labels and 1,620 bottles, this wine sanctuary features a meticulously curated selection from the old and new Worlds.  Each dish—featuring highlights like crispy chicken with watermelon and soy sprouts, octopus in black pepper sauce, and Chef Dmitrii’s signature honey cake with blackcurrant sorbet—will be paired with exquisite wines handpicked by our expert sommelier. During the event, Chef Dmitrii will also share the illustrious history of the Maison Dellos gastronomic house.

 

March 24, 2025: Culinary Voyage at RIHA

Six guests will have an opportunity to experience the unique culinary voyage around a sunken outdoor Tandoor & Tawa, surrounded by nature and tiki torches, and be delighted by picturesque surroundings with the horizon and sunset at eye level. Chef Dmitrii, alongside the resort’s Chef Rohit, will transport guests through the flavors of India and cooking techniques with elements from other Asian cuisines, celebrating the art of live-fire cooking.

March 26, 2025: The Essence of Japan at Hashi/Shio

The final day of the event, Chef Dmitrii will present his signature five-course menu, inspired by the Japanese restaurant Hashi, a classic Japanese décor amid an overwater location. Each dish promises a harmonious balance of flavors and textures. The experience begins with a refined cold appetizer of crab, black caviar and ginger sauce and followed by hot lamb loin and baked leeks, a unique interpretation that blends rich, comforting notes of the chef’s modern touch. This event promises to be a highlight, showcasing Chef Dmitrii’s innovative interpretation to Japanese cuisine.
