Pascal Lutchmaya appointed as the Radisson Blu Resort Maldives’ Director of Sales and Marketing!
Radisson Blu Resort Maldives has appointed Pascal Lutchmaya as their new director of marketing and sales. Pascal will oversee the commercial team of the higher luxury 5-star resort in its second year of operation, bringing over twenty years of expertise in the hospitality business in Mauritius and the Maldives.
Pascal graduated from the Lycée Hôtelier La Renaissance in France with a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management. His most recent Maldives roles were as director of sales and marketing for Six Senses in 2012, and then as director of sales and marketing at MINOR Hotels in 2014. Pascal returns to his second home to join Radisson Blu Resort Maldives after successfully establishing and growing Uma Ilha Business & Management Consultancy in his native nation of Mauritius.
