Minor Hotels has partnered with a private equity fund managed by Ares Management, rebranding Reethi Beach Resort as NH Collection Maldives Reethi Resort.

Set to reopen in the fourth quarter of 2025, NH Collection will undergo extensive refurbishing, including upgrades to the villas, restaurants and leisure facilities. However, Reethi Beach Resort will remain open until 25^th April 2025, prior to closing for six months of renovations.

NH Collection Maldives Reethi Resort will feature stunning villas set on land as well overwater villas. The resort will ensure guests are spoilt for choice with 10 distinctive restaurants and bars. The resort will offer a variety of watersports activities including diving, snorkeling, and fishing. Guests can enjoy the spa, lounge by the pools, or stay active with tennis or badminton, and make most of the fully equipped fitness centre.

Located at a 35-minute seaplane flight from Velana International Airport, NH Collection Maldives Reethi Resort will be Minor Hotels’ ninth property in the Maldives and the second NH Collection property.
