Emirates Unveils Premium Economy on Singapore-Dubai Flights
Last Thursday – Emirates, the renowned airline, marked a significant milestone with the launch of its Premium Economy offering in Singapore. The unveiling ceremony took place at the Emirates Lounge in Changi Airport Terminal 1, where guests were treated to an exclusive tour of the airline’s upgraded four-class A380 aircraft, showcasing the new product’s enhanced features across all cabin classes.
Passengers traveling between Singapore and Dubai on flights EK 354 and EK 355 will now have the privilege of experiencing Emirates’ exclusive Premium Economy cabin. Situated at the front of the main deck in a 2-4-2 configuration, this cabin boasts 56 seats. Noteworthy among its features is the spacious seating arrangement, which includes generous seat pitch and width, ensuring optimum comfort for passengers who wish to work or relax during their flight.
In addition to the enhanced seating, the Premium Economy offering incorporates customized features that enhance passenger convenience and functionality. These include in-seat charging points, a side cocktail table, and refined in-flight amenities. The introduction of Premium Economy is part of Emirates’ ambitious USD 2 billion retrofit program, currently underway.
