Published by The Travel Guys, Travelution Magazine continues to explore the Maldives through the perspectives of those who know it best. At the heart of Issue 07 is a simple question: as the Maldives continues to grow as a destination, what do we want the world to know about us?

Beyond the beaches and overwater villas are stories of people, communities, traditions and everyday experiences that give each island its own character. The issue also underscores the importance of creating greater opportunities for Maldivians to contribute to, shape and lead the future of their tourism industry.

Among its editorial features is The Colours Between Sea and Sky by Naufi Amjad, alongside stories exploring the origins of the Maldivian smile, local traditions, food, craftsmanship and the people behind the country's hospitality industry.

THE BEST, Travelution's signature curated collection, also returns with nine categories highlighting different ways to experience the Maldives, from multigenerational holidays and marine encounters to some of the country's most distinctive beach clubs.

As Title Partner, RAH GILI Maldives takes centre stage in Issue 07, marking an exciting chapter for Six & Six Private Islands as it begins its journey with its first resort. Set against the natural surroundings of a dolphin lagoon and neighbouring island communities, the property brings its own perspective to the Maldivian resort experience. General Manager André Kretschmann also shares the vision behind the development in an exclusive interview.

“We're delighted to have RAH GILI Maldives featured as Title Partner of Travelution Magazine Issue 07. As we begin our journey with Six & Six Private Islands, it's a wonderful opportunity to share our vision with an international audience,” said André Kretschmann, General Manager of RAH GILI Maldives.

Gold Partner Cinnamon Dhonveli Maldives is also prominently featured, showcasing a resort known for its surfing heritage, family experiences and island dining. Located just 20 minutes by speedboat from Malé, the resort offers a different perspective on the Maldives. At the same time, General Manager Marlon Robert shares his thoughts on hospitality, including the personal touches and culinary experiences that make a stay memorable.

Trans Maldivian Airways (TMA) joins Issue 07 as its Back Cover Partner, with its exclusive lounge, Infinity by TMA, taking centre stage as one of the leading lounge experiences in the Maldives. Offering guests a refined introduction to their island getaway, the lounge brings together comfort, thoughtful hospitality and the anticipation of the seaplane journey ahead.

“Travelution has always been about telling the stories of the Maldives from our own perspective. Taking Issue 07 to WTM London, while also celebrating its launch back home with RAH GILI Maldives, makes this edition particularly meaningful to us. We want the magazine to reflect not only the beauty of our islands, but also the people, ideas and experiences that make the Maldives what it is,” said Fraath Mohamed, Managing Director of The Travel Guys.

With Issue 07, Travelution continues its commitment to telling stories that go beyond the familiar image of the Maldives, celebrating the people and experiences that make the destination what it is.
