A seasoned hospitality finance leader, Rajesh has built a distinguished career with some of the world's leading hotel brands, including Marriott International, Accor/Fairmont, and Radisson Blu, among others. His experience spans luxury resorts, city hotels, convention properties, multi-property portfolios, and hotel pre-openings. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong track record in driving financial performance, strengthening operational controls, supporting business growth, and building high-performing teams.

Prior to joining Sheraton Maldives, Rajesh served as Director of Finance at The Westin Maldives Miriandhoo Resort, where he played a key role in driving strong financial performance, operational excellence, and value for ownership. His earlier leadership positions include Multi Property Director of Finance for Kochi Marriott, Courtyard and Tribute Kochi Hotels; Director of Finance & Business Support at Fairmont Jaipur; and Financial Controller at JW Marriott Pune and Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad.

Rajesh also brings significant pre-opening expertise to his new role, having served as Preopening Director of Finance for Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Centre. The 360-room property, featuring six food and beverage outlets and banquet facilities for up to 3,000 guests, was recognized as the first newly built Sheraton in India and South Asia. His career has also been distinguished by regional APEC recognition for Best Internal Control and Talent Development, reflecting his commitment to financial discipline while nurturing people and future leaders.
