In 2022 four local women artists joined the Resident Artist at JOALI Maldives to share their creativity with guests through live art sessions, interactive workshops, and immersive exhibits. Several original artworks were also made available for purchase.

At JOALI BEING, the exclusive Art House nurtures local artisans as well as art-lovers through imaginative events and workshops together with the local, female resident artist. For special events and activities, they invite local female artists to visit and conduct workshops, live art sessions and showcase their work. 

Moreover, JOALI is not just female-owned; it actively promotes gender equality and diversity at all levels of its organization.
