Kandolhu Maldives proudly unveiled an extraordinary culinary collaboration with the esteemed Chef Begoña Rodrigo. From April 12th to April 16th, 2024, leaving guests mesmerised by her extraordinary creations.

Guests were invited to the Olive restaurant at Kandolhu, for an unparallelled dining experience curated by Chef Begoña Rodrigo. Her dedication to using natural, fresh ingredients was evident in every dish she created, showcasing her expertise and renowned culinary style originating from Spain.

The seven-course menu took guests on a delightful journey through a symphony of flavours, each dish expertly crafted to highlight the versatility and richness of the ingredients. From the Tiara of Tuna with pickles, balsamic, and olive oil to the Scampi Royal accompanied by seaweed and artichoke, each course was a testament to Chef Begoña’s mastery of flavour combinations.
