In a remarkable career progression, Yaman Didi has been promoted to the esteemed role of Director of Engineering, marking a significant step up from his previous position as Chief Engineer. With an impressive 18 years of experience in the luxury hospitality sector, his leadership demonstrated during his tenure as Chief Engineer, has been pivotal in elevating engineering and operational standards at Cora Cora Maldives.
Yaman’s commitment to sustainability is evident through innovative initiatives such as the seawater desalination bottling plant, eco-friendly chlorine pool systems by Enviroswim, LED lighting for reduced energy consumption, and efficient energy management systems to minimise carbon emissions. Enrico brings over two decades of international experience in the hospitality industry, having made significant contributions in key global destinations, including London, Bali, Singapore, Thailand, Turkey, and the Middle East.
His diverse background has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of various culinary and service standards, making him the ideal candidate to elevate Cora Cora Maldives’ dining offerings. Driven by a desire to shift from urban to island hospitality environments, Enrico plans to integrate multicultural influences with innovative dining concepts to enhance the resort’s culinary experiences.
