NOOE Maldives: Ahmed Jabeen Promoted to Executive Sous Chef

Congratulations to Ahmed Jabeen, who has just been promoted to Executive Sous Chef at NOOE Maldives Kunaavashi! Born and raised in Ga.Villingili, he has dedicated 16 years to building a career in the hospitality industry. His journey, full of enriching experiences and wide-ranging culinary skills, started with internships in both Thailand and Germany. Jabeen’s knack for perfection and innovation has shone through his tenure at several reputable properties including Four Seasons Kuda Huraa, One & Only Reethi Rah, Six Senses Laamu, The Residence, Centara Grand, The Standard, Sun Siyam Olhuveli, and Constance Halaveli Maldives.

His joining of NOOE Maldives Kunaavashi as Pastry Chef in 2022 marked a significant milestone in his career. Armed with expertise in sugar and bread carving, French pastries, chocolatier skills, and cake designs, Jabeen quickly became a vital part of the team. What truly sets Jabeen apart is his unique experience working with Michelin star chef and other international chefs; their guidance strengthened his foundation and broadened his horizons. Today, as he takes on his new role as Executive Sous Chef, we look forward to what Ahmed will bring to the culinary world.
