With more than 14 years of experience across the Maldivian hospitality industry, Idhaadh has built an impressive career leading technology operations for some of the country's renowned resorts before joining Madifushi Private Island as IT Manager in January 2025.

In his current role, he oversees the resort's IT operations, ensuring that critical technology systems remain secure, reliable and efficient. From network infrastructure and cybersecurity to business systems, disaster recovery planning and user support, his work plays a vital role in keeping the resort connected around the clock.

Throughout his career, Idhaadh has successfully led numerous technology initiatives, including large-scale infrastructure upgrades, server virtualization projects, network optimization, cybersecurity enhancements and the implementation of hospitality technology platforms. His experience spans a broad range of hotel systems including Opera PMS, Oracle MICROS, Fusion, Office 365, VMware, Fortinet, 3CX, GPON networks and enterprise security solutions.

Prior to joining Madifushi Private Island, Idhaadh held leadership positions at Furaveri Maldives, where he progressed from IT Supervisor to Assistant IT Manager before serving as IT Manager. He has also contributed his expertise at Bennia Kottefaru, Kihaa Maldives, Palm Beach Island Resort & Spa and Link Serve, building a strong reputation for technical excellence and innovative problem solving.

Beyond managing technology, Idhaadh is passionate about developing resilient IT environments, strengthening cybersecurity practices and empowering teams through knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
