Maldives Marketing & Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC), also known as Visit Maldives, has partnered with several companies to support the upcoming Visit Maldives Storytellers’ Conference 2023.

These partnerships include Crossroads Maldives as the host property, Trans Maldivian Airways (TMA) as the seaplane partner, Maldivian as the domestic airline partner, Jalboot Maldives as the sea transport travel partner, Dhivehi Raajjeyge Gulhun Public Limited (Dhiraagu) as the technology and communication partner, Maldives Industrial Fisheries Company Limited (MIFCO) as the sustainable fisheries partner, and Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) as the supporting partner.

The Visit Maldives Storytellers’ Conference 2023, scheduled from May 30th to June 2nd, will bring together over 60 content creators worldwide to “Weave Your Maldivian Story.” This year, it aims to be the largest gathering of travel writers, journalists, bloggers, influencers, and media experts in the Sunny Side of Life. Participants will be able to immerse themselves in the Maldives’ beauty, experiences, and hospitality. From snorkeling with mantas and whale sharks to watersports, culinary tours, island-hopping, and sandbank picnics, a wide range of experiences will be available.

The conference will feature sideline experiences in eight different regions of the Maldives, each offering its own distinctive features, activities, and experiences. The estimated social media reach of the event is expected to reach 130 million people worldwide, with 14 million engagements.

The supporting partners of the conference play a crucial role in assisting MMPRC in hosting the Visit Maldives Storytellers’ Conference 2023, which is their most prominent marketing initiative this year.

During the signing ceremony, Mr. Thoyyib Mohamed, the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of MMPRC expressed gratitude for the support and contribution provided by the partners of STC 2023. He emphasized that the tourism industry in the Maldives thrives on collaboration and partnership, demonstrating the strength of the industry and its determination to achieve greater heights.

To date, the Visit Maldives Storytellers’ Conference 2023 is the largest and most ambitious event organized by MMPRC. The conference and its sideline experiences are carefully curated to provide storytellers with a comprehensive understanding and view of the Maldives. MMPRC aims to showcase the diversity of the Maldivian atolls and experiences beyond the well-known sun, sand, and sea, believing there is much more to discover in this tropical paradise.
