Oaga Art Resort Welcomes Ibrahim Inad as Director of Sales and Marketing

Oaga Art Resort has recently made an exciting announcement regarding the appointment of Ibrahim Inad as their new Director of Sales & Marketing. This move signals a promising future for the luxury property, as Inad is a highly accomplished professional with an impressive record of success in various areas such as market planning, e-commerce, hotel management, and market research, with over six years of experience in luxury food and beverage operations. Inad studied Hospitality Management at both Taylor’s University College Malaysia and Clique College Maldives.

Inad’s journey in the hospitality industry began in 2004 at Huvafenfushi Maldives, where he started working in various positions in the food and beverage department. Over the years, he gained extensive experience in the industry, working his way up to become the Director of Sales at Velaa Private Island and serving in similar positions at Milaidhoo and Nautilus Maldives. He later joined IHG Maldives, where he held the position of Director of Sales at InterContinental Maldives Maamunagau and Cluster Director of Sales at both InterContinental Maldives Maamunagau and Holiday Inn Kandooma Resort Maldives for almost three years.

As the new Director of Sales & Marketing at Oaga Art Resort, Inad will be responsible for developing his playbook as the head of sales, balancing multiple roles as a leader, establishing digital marketing foundations, and creating sales strategies and approaches in the new world of selling. With his strategic thinking and vast experience, Inad is expected to drive the sales and marketing efforts at Oaga Art Resort and help the property achieve its goals.

Aside from his impressive background in the hospitality industry, Inad is also a food and travel enthusiast and a football lover. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role, making his appointment an exciting new chapter for the property.

Oaga Art Resort is situated in North Malé Atoll, and it takes only 45 minutes by speedboat from Malé International Airport to reach this small island paradise.
