Hard Rock Hotel Maldives has launched its “Rock & Soul Month”, a health and fitness festival
The Hard Rock Hotel Maldives, a luxurious beach resort in the Indian Ocean, has launched a month-long health and fitness festival called the ‘Rock & Soul Month’. The festival, which runs until April 7, 2023, aims to provide a variety of health and fitness activities for guests of all types, including yoga, martial arts, dance fitness, aerial arts, aqua gym, strength training, nutrition and lifestyle classes, and snorkelling.
Guests are encouraged to participate in at least two activities per day to maximize their wellness journey. Additionally, the resort offers a separate schedule of activities for children, including hopscotch, hula hoop, juggling, dance classes, yoga, aerial arts, martial arts, and more.
The festival includes two fitness professionals, Danny O’Sullivan and Kristie Walker, who will join the resort’s other health and fitness experts, Amanda, Xenia, Mooza, and Rafa, to lead various classes and provide extra motivation for guests.
For those seeking relaxation and pampering, the Rock Spa offers the ‘Aloha Package’, which includes a body scrub, massage, and mini-facial for USD 185++ per person or USD 345++ per couple.
