Helen Bolton has been appointed as the Director of Sales and Marketing for the Maldives property of Mirihi Island Resort. In her new role, she will be responsible for the sales and marketing strategy for the resort, which has a 20-year history of providing luxury experiences. Bolton has over 20 years of experience in hospitality, sales and marketing in the niche Maldives market, including guest relations at Olhuveli Resort and Spa, tour guide experience with Kuoni UK travel and Hayes & Jarvis, and her initial sales role at Anantara Maldives. She has also worked at several internationally branded 5-star properties such as Conrad Rangali, Lux, Kanuhura, Anantara, and Fairmont, and most recently as the cluster Regional Sales Director for the Crown and Champa Resorts. In addition to her Maldives experience, she has also worked in sales and marketing for hotel groups in New Zealand, Sri Lanka, and Fiji.
