Chef Janice Wong is the creative force behind the confectionery brand Janice Wong Singapore, where the meticulous blending of art and design has resulted in the artistic creation of various delectable delicacies. Chef Janice and her crew, based in Singapore, are pushing the frontiers of dessert production even farther, motivated by their shared enthusiasm for the culinary arts. This earned her great praise, and she was crowned ‘Asia’s Best Pastry Chef’ at the time.

In 2007, Chef Janice Wong opened her first dessert restaurant, 2am: dessert bar in Singapore, and by 2014, she had developed her own brand, Janice Wong Singapore, to offer a variety of confectionary items such as custom-made chocolate bon bons, cake, and ice cream.
