With Haoma, a sustainable neo-Indian fine dining establishment in Bangkok that was recently honored with a Michelin Star and a Green Michelin Star in the 2023 Michelin Star Revelation, Thailand, W Maldives is presenting an inspirational collaboration this February.

In the centre of the resort’s heart-shaped island paradise, chef Deepanker “DK” Khosla and the chefs at W Maldives will collaborate to organize two special events for guests to revel in the Taste of Haoma. On February 20, 2023, an exceptional seven-course tasting menu will be served to guests for a showcase dinner at FISH, W Maldives’ signature dining location, allowing them to sample and savor some of Haoma’s best dishes.

The cost of the evening experience is USD 185++ per person for the cuisine and USD 155++ for the beverage pairing. On February 22, 2023, an amazing beachside grill themed meal is scheduled. Chef DK and the W Maldives crew will put on an interactive culinary experience, with food being served from the afternoon until late and liquid stations on the seafront. In this Beach BBQ, which is priced at USD 155++ per person for food and USD 88++ per person for endless beverages, guests will have the chance to choose their proteins for the grill, interact with the chefs, dance to the music of the DJ, and drink on energizing cocktails.

In addition to the Haoma showcase dinner on February 20 and the Haoma x W Maldives Beach BBQ on February 22 inclusive of the beverage package for up to two guests, guests looking to experience Haoma in the middle of the Indian Ocean can also book the “Taste of HAOMA” package at W Maldives. This package includes a daily buffet breakfast at KITCHEN and return seaplane transfers. The stay package is applicable for stays between February 18 and February 24, 2023, of at least four nights.
