From February 21 to February 26 in 2023, Chef Janice, who is renowned for her immersive chocolate installations, desserts, cakes, and more, whips up artistic sweet treats for The Nautilus’s free-spirited guests with a sweet tooth.

Visitors can look forward to enjoying Chef Janice’s “Timeless Sweet Experience,” which features a variety of pastries, beautiful kaffir lime caramel bon bons, and ginger blossom pistachio-flavored chocolate treats that are inspired by the Maldivian coast. Zeytoun diners are in for a treat because of the unique dessert served at 2am: dessert bar. Those commemorating a special occasion will receive a gorgeously made distinctive Nautilus cake. Additionally, during Naiboli Rising cocktail hour at Naiboli Poolside Bar, visitors can take part in an interactive cocktail jamming session with Chef Janice.
