Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group announces their debut Maldivian Property set to open in 2025!
The well-known Emirati property development company, DAMAC Properties and the famous hotel group based in Hong Kong, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group International Limited have signed a contract of agreement to operate for a new luxury resort in the Maldives that is scheduled to open in 2025.
The private Island is a 20-minute speedboat ride from Male’ Velana International Airport, the villas ranging in size from 200 to 1,000 square meters featuring private pools with amazing ocean views. The property will be showcasing 120 stand-alone villas, which includes 56 overwater villas and 64 beachfront villas with 10 branded residences at Mandarin Oriental. The villas on this property will be amongst the largest villas on the market. There will be six dining outlets along with three specialty restaurants and a bar, giving the guests various locations to choose from to have their feast and wining sessions.

To further delight, the property will be sporting spacious wellness facilities which will be in its tropical gardens, delivering 12 treatment suites, vitality pools, sauna, steam room and a beauty salon as well. These will be provided along with Mandarin Oriental’s expert team of wellness practitioners and Mandarin Oriental’s expert team of wellness practitioners.
