The leading international travel trade show of Maldives, TTM Maldives, opened Nominations for the TTM Awards 2022. The eligible applications will only be of TTM partners for the awards and the resorts are required to apply to a maximum of 3 categories if they are fit to the introduced criteria.

Travel Trade Maldives has expanded their award categories for this years TTM awards, coming up with 15 new categories whereas before they had only one award category, that is top producers for the Maldives tourism industry.

The award categories for TTM Awards 2022 consists of:

5. Best MICE Resort
6. Best Wedding Destination
7. Best Family Resort
8. Best Boutique Resort
9. Best Design Hotel
10. Best Culinary Resort
11. Best City Hotel
12. Best Fun & Friendly Resort
13. Best Emerging Resort
14. Most Innovative Resort
15. Most Sustainable Resort
16. Most Picturesque Resort

The award show is scheduled to conduct from 23^rd-25^th August 2022, the deadline for the award nominations is 15^th March 2022. Since they have introduced various other categories the event is going to be held in a grand manner giving the opportunity to have a more enjoyable evening for the tourism industry professionals.
