Next, a choice of two for the next course: Braised Lamb Ravioli or Fava, Chickpeas & Radicchio. For the main course, Etesian offers a choice of four mouth-watering dishes including a rich Black Angus Fillet Mignon paired with Buche De Chevre Gratin, caramelized pears, and a Cabernet reduction. To end the scrumptious feast on a sweet note, three dessert options are available to choose from.
