Fushifaru Maldives recently delighted guests with a week of unforgettable celebrations, marking both Valentine’s Day and the Year of the Fire Horse.
The island transformed into a romantic paradise for Valentine’s Day, featuring an iconic infinity pool adorned with bespoke decorations and a charming kissing booth on the sandbank. Live music and a specially curated playlist set a warm, intimate tone, while couples enjoyed an under-the-stars dinner at Korakali, complete with Valentine’s-inspired desserts including red velvet creations, macarons, chocolate almond cake, and butterscotch mousse.
The festivities then welcomed the Year of the Fire Horse, symbolising energy, strength, and a vibrant start to the year. Guests were thrilled by fire dance and lion dance performances, while two symbolic red horse installations, framed by a line of fire along the beach, created a dramatic tribute to new beginnings. Younger guests joined a Tang Hu Lu class, crafting traditional caramelised fruit candy.
A special Asian-themed dinner rounded off the evening, featuring Peking duck, fresh grilled seafood, and an interactive Chinese wok station, offering a truly immersive culinary experience.
It was a week of romance, excitement, and symbolic celebrations, leaving guests with memories to cherish.
