As Front Office Manager, he is the familiar face guests meet on arrival, ensuring service is delivered with warmth, consistency and care.  Calm and approachable, he creates an environment where guests feel welcomed and teams feel supported.

With almost 17 years of experience, Rishfaz’s journey began in guest-facing roles as a Bell Attendant and Telephone Operator before progressing through Front Desk positions into leadership.  His career spans respected resorts such as Kuda Villingili, Atmosphere Kanifushi, and Dusit Thani Maldives, shaping his strong foundation in service excellence and teamwork.

He is known for combining strong operations with genuine human connection, supporting complex operations such as full island buyouts and achieving consistently strong service audit results in his previous properties.
