Amilla Maldives is hosting two distinguished Visiting Practitioners this February and March, offering guests bespoke therapies designed to restore balance, vitality, and inner harmony.
Currently at the resort, Francesc Miralles (30 January – 20 February 2026) is an internationally recognised wellness consultant from Catalonia with over 30 years of experience in Classical Chinese Medicine, physiotherapy, and luxury hospitality. He blends therapeutic movement, seasonal wellbeing, and food as medicine, guiding guests toward resilience, renewed energy, and a sense of calm. Guests can enjoy personalised physiotherapy, postural alignment, acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, facial acupuncture, and Harmonia classes in posture, mindfulness, and longevity diet.

Following Francesc, Numthip Puntha (Amp) will join from 20 February – 25 March 2026. A highly qualified physiotherapist from Thailand, Amp specialises in integrative therapies including Lifestyle Medicine, Sound Healing, and Chi Nei Tsang. Her sessions focus on emotional release, detoxification, and restoring the body’s natural energy flow. Guests can participate in healing massage, lymphatic drainage, Tibetan sound therapy, cranial release, Reiki, Chi Nei Tsang, and group sound bath classes.
