In February, the focus turns to pioneering craftsmanship in both the bar and cellar. World Class Global Bartender of the Year 2025, Felice Capasso, brings his expressive approach to mixology to The Whale Bar through a dynamic bar takeover followed by an engaging masterclass that explores the deeper narrative of spirits, flavor, and creativity.
