Since joining Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa in 2023 as Front Office Manager, he has played a vital role in shaping guest experiences through his hands-on leadership, steady presence, and thoughtful guidance for associates. His genuine rapport with guests and colleagues continues to reflect the welcoming spirit at the heart of the Sheraton experience.

Throughout his journey at the resort, Meigan has demonstrated a strong commitment to operational excellence, especially during high-occupancy periods and complex service scenarios. In his new role, he will focus on enriching arrival experiences, strengthening communication between Front Office and Housekeeping, and ensuring consistent service across all guest touchpoints.
