Among its standout initiatives is the Marine Turtle Rescue Centre, the first and only veterinary-run sea turtle clinic in the Maldives, in partnership with the Olive Ridley Project. The centre offers vital care and rehabilitation for injured sea turtles, while educating guests on marine conservation.

The resort also champions coral restoration efforts, led by a resident Marine Educator, as well as an on-site organic garden that supplies fresh produce to the kitchen and spa.
