Ali’s journey through the ranks of hospitality across the Maldives—most recently with Joali Being, Cora Cora Maldives, and COMO Maalifushi—has been one of consistent growth, passion, and attention to detail. With over a decade of hands-on experience, he brings deep knowledge of guest service, restaurant operations, and team leadership.

At The Standard, he’ll be diving into the heart of the F&B operations—keeping the rhythm flowing smoothly across the venues, driving service quality, and helping shape the future of dining on the island.
